You can cancel your SpeakON subscription at any time.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations and refunds for your subscription.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Once canceled, your access to all lessons and content will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional charges will occur after your subscription is canceled unless you choose to resubscribe.
  • Submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure the cancellation takes effect in time.

To cancel your subscription,

1. Log in to the SpeakON website using your registered account.

2. Click on the profile icon at the top of the home screen.

3. Scroll down and select “My Membership
4. Under the “Action” column, click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

If you encounter any issues during the cancellation process, please reach out to us using the Contact Us form, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Charged After Canceling

If you notice a charge after canceling your account, it’s possible that the account was unintentionally reactivated, either by you or someone with access to it. If you’re unable to complete the cancellation steps outlined above, please contact us for further assistance.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance and will be posted on this page. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed.
